Engineering

MOR/ryde is currently seeking a candidate to join our diverse and team oriented Engineering Department.

The Engineering Department at MOR/ryde is involved in all phases of the manufacturing process including costing, drafting, mapping fabrication processes, and problem solving.  At MOR/ryde, our engineers are given the opportunity to be extremely hands on which provides the ability to see a product or project from start to finish.  This interactive approach provides a balance between theory and reality in manufacturing.  You will work closely with customers, Sales, Materials Management, Supervisors, Production Operators, Management, Customer Service and Quality to ensure that we are providing the best possible products and services to our customers.

MOR/ryde is open to all types of backgrounds and fields of study.  We promote a culture which continually tries to improve and reinvent itself where needed.  This includes training targeted to strengthen our team’s capabilities.  MOR/ryde has designed a specific training program for engineers.  This training program will allow you to spend time on the production floor, in a hands-on environment to learn our products, processes and capabilities.  This training process helps to merge concepts with real world practices, understand the production mindset, and sets the foundation to becoming a vital member of our engineering team.

Administrative Professional

Maintenance Technician

MOR/ryde is currently accepting resumes for Maintenance Electrical Technicians to join our Manufacturing Team. As part of the MOR/ryde Maintenance Team you will support our Manufacturing Operations by performing scheduled preventive maintenance, the repair of production equipment, supporting new equipment installations, and assisting team members with training or troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced maintenance technicians that have a focus in electrical troubleshooting.

Quality Tech

We are seeking an experienced Quality Technician to join our team. In this position you will be responsible for creating initial sample inspection reports (ISIRs) for new products. Other responsibilities include inspection of new products, review of internal incidents and returned items. Review of root cause analysis will also be an important part of this position as well as creating corrective action solutions. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance in quality as well as communicating information regarding quality to relevant departments and customers.
 
Teamwork is essential in this position as you will work closely with the Plant Manager and those in the Quality Department as well as Engineering. Strong mathematical and communication skills are a must. The ideal candidate must be able to actively listen to various team members and customers and effectively communicate information to ensure quality standards are being met. Complex problem solving and critical thinking skills are also important traits. This is an opportunity that will allow you to excel.
