This position will allow you to learn our business from the ground-up and gain experience in many aspects of our business. Previous employees who have been successful in this position have earned a wide variety of college degrees including Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Political Science, Education, Communications, English, Math and more! An ideal candidate will need to be both detail oriented, and possess strong communication skills. This involves a profound level of problem solving and the ability to make decisions in a fast paced environment. Being an Administrative team member gives you the opportunity to work with a number of internal departments at MORryde such as fellow administrative groups, numerous production departments, sales, engineering and more! Entry Level System & Network Administrator

Looking to begin your career in IT? MORryde is currently seeking a positive, self-driven and passionate candidate to join our Technology Team!

This is an Entry Level position that will allow you to learn the ins and outs of system and network configurations within our fast-paced and diverse manufacturing company. MORryde currently has thirteen buildings, spread out amongst six different locations. With over 400 active users, and 300 computers, areas of involvement could include, but are not limited to; 

• PC set-ups and relocations
• PC and network troubleshooting

Warranty Administration

MORryde is looking to add additional support to our Warranty Administration Team. This is an exciting opportunity to learn many facets of business and to work with a number of internal departments, including Sales, Accounting, Engineering, Customer Service, Quality and Production. The keys to success in this role are to manage warranty costs while providing outstanding customer service.  

Within the Warranty Administration role you will be responsible for handling all aspects of the warranty processing cycle, including researching, fact finding, claims processing and claim resolution. You will have the opportunity to work directly with our OEM customers to resolve, and at times negotiate, claim details and costs. 

This position will also provide additional support to our Inside Sales/Service Department.  In this role, you will assist by fielding dealer and retail customer inquiries, whether by phone or email, to support the sale and servicing of our products.  You will learn about our Aftermarket products and help to inform customers on all the great products MORryde has to offer! 


  • Working with customers to resolve warranty issues
  • Negotiating with customers to manage warranty claim costs
  • Organizing warranty parts returns
  • Processing Returned Goods Authorization paperwork and claims
  • Answering customers questions on MORryde products
  • Selling customers replacement parts for our products
  • Identify MORryde products 
  • Strategically helping customers identify and fix product issues
  • Educating customers on what products are available

Service Department Manager

MORryde is looking to add to our Sales Team through the addition of a Service Department Manager. In this position you will be responsible for maintaining our in-house service schedule. Not only will you help provide exceptional customer service to our retail-customers, but you will have the opportunity to present and educate them on additional products that MORryde offers and ensure their experience with MORryde is one they will tell others about. Additionally, this position will help to direct our inhouse service team of technicians and assemblers.

Another important aspect of this position is management of warranty claims. You will need to have the ability to “dig deeper” to fully under the issue at hand, communicate effectively to ensure the correct information is requested and provided, and must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills in order to meet an agreeable outcome. 


  • 4 year degree preferred, but not required

In this position, you will be responsible for creating quality documents that will be utilized within our Quality Management System. Other responsibilities include inspection of new products, review of internal incidents and customer nonconformances. Root cause analysis will be an important part of this position, as well as creating corrective action solutions. You will be responsible for monitoring quality performance, as well as communicate information regarding quality initiatives to relevant departments and customers.
