Sales
Our Sales Team focuses on selling the “MORryde Experience”. One aspect of selling this experience is understanding our capabilities and clearly communicating these capabilities to our customers. However, a more important aspect of selling this experience is how we use our capabilities to the benefit of our customers. At MORryde, we focus heavily on extreme customer service, quick turn around, short lead times, solving customer problems, finding creative solutions, providing engineering support, and seeking to partner with our customers. Honesty, integrity and consistency are also key attributes. It’s the focus on extreme customer service that is at the heart of the MORryde Experience. The MORryde Sales Team not only focuses on going deeper with existing customers or markets, but also aggressively seeks to develop new customers and new markets. Our goal for each member of the Sales Team is to become an Account Manager, taking on a deeper level of responsibility for the overall management of an account, including profitability. Our Sales Team offers an excellent opportunity to get involved in many aspects of business, and to be a vital part of selling the “MORryde Experience”.


Customer Service

Our Customer Service Team provides the vital link between our customers and our internal departments. Whether assisting the customer with an order, communicating delivery schedules, or any other needs, the goal of our Customer Service Team is to turn customers into Raving Fans.
