For that reason, you’ll find our Admin Team is comprised of individuals with different backgrounds and experiences – some come from the retail industry, others the medical profession, and some directly out of school.

Order Entry
Details Details Details! Our Order Entry team knows how to pay attention to the…. details! They receive orders daily and decipher customers’ needs to ensure we have the right product and orders placed in our system. They work closely with the Customer Service and Sales teams, as each customer’s specifications can vary. When new products are launched, they will work with Engineering to determine when the order should be placed. They confirm with our Scheduling Department which dates to use for entry to ensure our system is accurate and our delivery dates are maintained!
Customer Service
Communication is key! Our Customer Service team acts as a liaison between several different departments to identify what our customers’ needs are. They handle customer inquiries via phone and email daily and work closely with Sales, Scheduling, and Engineering departments. They pull reports and track delivery statuses and reach out to other departments in order to get all the details back to their customer. They are communication experts and know just what to say. They are friendly, focused, and determined to create Raving Fans!
Production Scheduling
Our very own puzzle masters! Our Scheduling team is tasked with ensuring that we maintain production capacity levels for our many different manufacturing departments. Once an order is placed, they dig in to figure out how long the order will take to produce and determine when we will be able to begin production. Our Scheduling team works closely with Production, Supervisors, and Customer Service to factor in labor allocation and customer due dates. They pull reports, monitor deadlines, and excel at using Excel to push for on-time deliveries. They fill in the cracks, find the space to make it work, and solve the puzzle.
Shipping Administration
Legit Logistics! Our stellar Shipping team coordinates and organizes shipments to dispatch our trucking team to multiple locations daily. They review pack lists, create shipping instructions, and monitor driver locations to ensure that our products are delivered timely and safely. The team works with our Production Supervisors and Plant Managers to locate orders and process deliveries. No two days are the same in the Shipping Department!
