They adapt to changes in the industries we serve and progress with MORryde’s continued growth. They are forward thinkers who strive to build upon and improve current processes and procedures, and they lead by example. Wearing many hats and adjusting to fulfill each day’s tasks isn’t easy, but our Supervision Team does it well.

Are they superheroes in disguise?

SUPERvisors have many customers, not just the external customers who order our products. They work with the Administrative Teams to ensure products are ready to ship on time, meet with Sales and Engineering to forecast production levels, and hire new team members to meet capacity needs. Every day, they embody the word teamwork as they support, mentor, and cross-train their employees. At MORryde, that means sharing their knowledge and talent and being open to asking for help. 

As Supervisors develop their teams, they also have unlimited growth potential themselves. Each Supervisors’ path is different, unique, and tailored to their strengths. Flexibility is key, as they might find themselves transferring from department to department or plant to plant, depending on the company’s needs. 

As challenges come our way, (company growth, new product lines, newly constructed plants, rising sales/demand), we call on our SUPERvisors to save the day!
