Being part of the MORryde Sales Team means fulfilling a crucial role as the connection between the customer and MORryde. This includes not only plenty of interaction with the customer, but daily communication and coordination with many internal departments at MORryde, as well.
For many companies, being in Sales means you are given a list of products that you are trying to sell. MORryde treats Sales a little differently. Our goal is to form relationships on every level – regardless of a person’s position or title. We make sure to treat our customers the way we would like to be treated. By striving to provide the best possible service, we continue to recognize the importance of clear communication and timely follow-ups.
An Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day details of the sales and service effort to our OEM and distribution customers. This individual also works closely with each department at MORryde to ensure we meet and exceed our customers’ expectations when it comes to the products and services MORryde offers. By keeping in close communication with Purchasers, Product Managers, Engineers, and the Production Team, our Account Managers understand and help us react to customer needs.
