SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER

MORryde is looking to add to our Sales Team with the addition of a Sales Account Manager to help support our metal fabrication division.

MORryde’s Fabrication division is one of the largest on the continent, and we want to continue expanding our customer base. With 40+ press brakes, 27 lasers, 6 tube lasers, multiple powder coat lines, 22 robotic weld cells, and many other capabilities across multiple facilities in Elkhart, IN, we are looking to add a team member who is excited to prospect and grow new accounts.

As a Sales Account Representative, in addition to growing our account base, you will be responsible for the day-to-day details of the sales and service efforts to our OEM customers.  

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous manufacturing sales experience strongly preferred but not required

  • Finds fulfillment in actively seeking sales via customer prospecting and cold calling

  • Ability to manage a diverse customer base while excelling in relationship-based selling

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with customers and internal team members, both verbally and written

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude

  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment

  • Mechanically inclined, hands-on approach to problem solving
