AFTERMARKET SALES REPRESENTATIVE
MORryde is currently seeking an Aftermarket Sales Representative to join our Sales Team. This individual will be responsible for working directly with distributors, dealers, and RV owners across the country to sell and promote MORryde’s aftermarket product line. This includes well known lines like our StepAbove® products, Independent Suspension Systems, Pin Boxes, and so much more.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Seeking to understand the RV owners’ needs and identifying opportunities and ideas for new product offerings.
RV Owner group rallies- involved with all aspects including event planning and communication, inventory, on site sales and potentially assisting in installation.
Providing support, direction, and clear communication to current Distributors and Dealers to increase product knowledge and sales.
Collaborating with internal Marketing Team to develop product literature used to support Aftermarket efforts at the dealerships, tradeshows and retail events.
On non-travel days, supporting our Inside Sales efforts by responding to customer product inquiries through phone and email activity.
As an Aftermarket Sales Rep, your direct contact with our dealers, distributors, and the end customer will allow you to be a part of educating and selling products that will allow RV Owners to improve upon their RV camping lifestyle – and MORryde products can make all the difference in their comfortability while enjoying the great outdoors.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous sales experience, 2+ years is highly preferred
Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members both verbally and written
Possess a positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to maintain organization to effectively manage a diverse customer and product base
Strong presentation/public speaking skills
Local and long-distance travel, up to 50%
High attention to detail with a self-starter mentality
Flexibility with handling day to day tasks
